It incorporates access to the best and cutting edge concepts in the business world, then you rely on the input of others, good discussion using the internet to collect ideas and comments in a forum, and most importantly, the application of these concepts to your own environment - your own hands-on experience. Sounds to me like he has stumbled accross the ideal ingredients of education and learning. I am keen to explore this whole idea in a separate field - the training and equipping of leaders in the ministry. Traditionally "educated" in university-style "seminaries" it seems to me that this approach has a wide application in the Christian world in terms of training, equipping, and hands-on direct application of Kingdom concepts to your immediate environment.
