My 7:00AM "power-walk" is about the only exercise that I am getting at the moment (I know, I know). I load my iPod with some Bethel fuel and off I go........ Some of the testimonies given are so powerful that I now make it a point of choosing to power-walk down the backlanes because I normally break down in tears as some of these stories are shared.
