What does incarnational love look like? - I need your feedback!

Following on from my previous post - Please take a moment to listen to the following clip. I am interested in hearing your views on what does LOVE look like from a missional perspective in the West. I would really welcome your views either in the comments, via email, Twitter or Facebook. Thanks! [audio:20090920.mp3]

Compelled by love

We must acknowledge that all suffering is valid pain. The suffering in rich nations is internal psychological pain. It is extremely relevant; it is deep. People feel it, and it is just as real as a bloated belly, people starving, or disease and death. If we are to be Jesus' hands and feet, we need to care about the needs of others - internally and externally. The currency of love in the West is not always money, but it is always time and compassion. [...] to heal an orphan spirit in [the West] takes love, compassion, a lot of time, and undivided attention toward one another.
